The high-quality rollers mounted on steel axles enable a vertical load capacity of up to 40 kg with a horizontal load. The axles are mounted on a robust steel profile that is additionally galvanised. This makes the overall structure resistant to corrosion, even in damp and aggressive environments. As a result, you can transport your parcels or other goods reliably on the roller rails. They are made of thermoplastic material, which is particularly impact-resistant and break-proof and also does not absorb moisture. This means you don't need to worry if you use the strips in a somewhat harsher environment.
The load capacity per roll is a maximum of 15 kg/roll for most of our XL roller tracks, although you also have the option of choosing a load capacity of up to 40 kg per roll. The installation of a single long roller track is somewhat easier and the accuracy of the transport guide is ensured over the entire length. It may also be the case that fitting several shorter strips instead of one XL strip is somewhat more prone to inaccuracies, as more frequent joints can lead to more potential errors. XL mouldings reduce the number of joints to a minimum and therefore ensure that transport is smooth and trouble-free.
