Efficient Material Flow Solution for Various Industries

The Eco-Transport Castor is a powerful solution designed to streamline material flow across a range of industries, including the food sector, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and warehousing. Engineered to handle heavy loads of up to 250 kg, it is ideal for use in warehouses, such as transporting plastic boxes or Euro norm containers. The deck is manufactured entirely in Germany from high-quality acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) plastic, ensuring durability and superior performance.

A rectangular, red transport trolley features a hollow center and is equipped with four swiveling castor wheels. The wheels are gray and mounted securely beneath the trolley for easy mobility.

Ergonomics and Safety

The Eco transport castor stands out with its ergonomic features, preventing employee injuries caused by manually lifting and carrying heavy loads. The surrounding transport frame ensures slip resistance and effectively protects the transported items from damage. “Last but not least, using our transport castor also saves time, as it enables faster and more efficient transportation from A to B,” explains Otto.

Special Features

The Eco transport castor includes an integrated RFID chip slot for easy identification and a recessed area designed for the application of QR codes.

Characteristics

Made from ABS plastic, the castor offers high temperature resistance, optimal sound dampening, and a load capacity of 250 kg. Its surrounding transport frame provides excellent slip resistance, ensuring safe handling and transport.

Options

The castor is available with different wheel types, such as swivel castors and swivel castors with brakes. Custom RAL colors can be provided upon request, and optional logo branding is available for orders of 500 units or more. Additionally, the transport frame can be made from polypropylene to meet varying requirements.
