Versatile Rail Holders – Clamping Brackets, Clamping Arms & More
In the category of rail holders for your C-rail system, we offer a wide range of versatile components. A particular highlight is the TORWEGGE clamping bracket for E40 C-rails. This clamping bracket is designed to attach clamping arms to the support profile without requiring drilling or welding, enabling quick and comprehensive installation. It can be flexibly positioned on the double-T beam of your clamping bracket, allowing multiple rails to be secured with a single clamping arm. The clamping arms themselves are available in various clamping ranges and load capacities. When installing such a rail holder, it’s important to maintain a minimum distance of 60 mm between the clamping arm and both the steel beam and the rail center.
For optimal energy supply, we also recommend using an additional clamping arm to mount your C-rail system perpendicular to the support structure. In this case, welding brackets are attached to the steel beam, and the clamping arm is then secured to the structure with screws. Note that the load capacity of the rail holder is affected by the distance to the fixed point, so ensure this is taken into account. Always check the spacing of all installed components to ensure a safe and stable setup.
