Mit dem Eco-Transportroller haben wir eine neue effektive Materialfluss-Lösung entwickelt, um in verschiedenen Bereichen wie der Lebensmittelbranche, dem Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, dem Gesundheitswesen oder im Lager die Beförderung schwerer Lasten von bis zu 250 kg zu erleichtern. Wir fertigen das Produkt vollständig in Deutschland und verarbeiten hierfür hochwertigen Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol (ABS)-Kunststoff.
Neben einer hohen Temperaturbeständigkeit verfügt unser neuer Transportroller auch über eine optimale Schalldämpfung. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit, das Gerät mit Glasfaser zu verstärken. Um eine präzise Nachverfolgung und Verwaltung der Warenströme zu gewährleisten, gibt es außerdem Platzhalter für QR-Codes und Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID)-Slots.

Mit unserer Neuentwicklung bieten wir eine qualitativ hochwertige und vollständig in Deutschland gefertigte Lösung, die im Vergleich mit Konkurrenzprodukten deutlich günstiger ist“, sagt unser Geschäftsführer Thomas Otto. Durch eine gleichmäßige Gewichtsverteilung auf die einzelnen Rollen wird das Bewegen von sperrigen Gütern erheblich vereinfacht.
Die Lösung ist für verschiedene Bereiche geeignet, beispielsweise im Lager beim Transport von Kunststoffboxen oder Euronorm-Behältern. Das Gerät ist vollständig Made in Germany. Auch die verwendeten Materialien stammen aus Deutschland. Der Fahrrahmen besteht aus drei Millimeter starkem ABS-Kunststoff, der höchste Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit gewährleistet sowie besonders widerstandsfähig gegenüber Kratzern und Stößen ist, selbst bei extremen Temperaturen. Für das Laufflächenmaterial der Räder wird nachhaltiger Thermoplast verwendet.

- Eine Variante mit vier Lenkrollen ermöglicht maximale Flexibilität und erleichtert das Manövrieren in engen Räumen.
- Eine Ausführung ebenfalls mit vier Lenkrollen, zwei davon jedoch mit Feststellbremse, die ein unerwünschtes Bewegen des Transportrollers verhindern und damit zusätzliche Sicherheit bieten.
- Eine Kombination aus zwei Bock- und zwei Lenkrollen, die sowohl die Stabilität als auch die Wendigkeit erhöht und somit ideal für verschiedene Transportanforderungen ist.
Zusätzlich kann unsere Lösung durch verschiedene optionale Features individualisiert werden – darunter die Möglichkeit eines Brandings sowie Platzhalter für QR-Codes und RFID-Slots, die eine präzise Verfolgung und Verwaltung von Warenströmen ermöglichen.
